  • Legal entity: Fiverse is registered as a SAS (Société par Actions Simplifiée) in France.

  • Jurisdiction: French commercial and financial law, under the authority of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).


Prospectus Exemption

Fiverse benefits from a regulatory exemption under the EU Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and its French transposition.

Key conditions:

  • Offers to the public must remain under €8 million per issuer over any 12-month rolling period.

  • No full AMF-approved prospectus is required.

  • A Document d'Information Synthétique (DIS) may be required, depending on the offering structure.
