1. Log in
You can log in with:
Email and password (requires KYC)
Web3 wallet (no KYC until you invest)
2. Complete Identity Verification (if using fiat)
If you’re using fiat (Stripe), complete a 5-minute KYC check via SumSub.
3. Select an Investment Opportunity
Visit the Marketplace to browse available properties and assets. Each listing includes:
Yield target
Holding period
Location and financial breakdown
4. Choose Your Investment Amount
Minimum: €50
No upper limit (as long as availability permits)
5. Confirm and Invest
Choose your method:
💳 Stripe for card payments
🌐 Wallet for crypto investments
Your tokens will be issued instantly once the transaction is validated.
