Tokenization & Ownership

Fiverse turns real-world assets into regulated, tradable digital tokens through a compliant and secure model.

Each asset listed on Fiverse is acquired by a dedicated legal entity that issues indexed bonds. These bonds are tokenized and represent:

  • Economic ownership in the underlying asset

  • Legal enforceability and auditability

  • Monthly right to income generated by the asset

Why Tokenize Bonds Instead of Equity?

  • Bonds allow for predictable income streams

  • Lower regulatory complexity

  • Greater flexibility for structuring payouts

  • Easier to wrap and integrate with DeFi

Token Standard: ERC-3643

We use ERC-3643, a compliance-focused token format that supports:

  • On-chain identity binding (KYC enforcement)

  • Transfer controls and whitelisting

  • Compatibility with both TradFi and DeFi ecosystems

Investor Protection

Every token is traceable and tied to a real-world legal claim. You are not buying “just a token” — you are acquiring a regulated, auditable financial product backed by real assets.
