Revenue Model
Fiverse is designed to generate transparent, predictable, and investor-aligned revenue without hidden fees or conflicts of interest.
Income Streams
Fiverse earns revenue through two main mechanisms:
1. Entry Fee
A one-time fee is taken at the moment of investment. This helps cover:
Asset due diligence
Platform infrastructure
Legal and compliance costs
The fee amount is clearly disclosed on each asset's page.
2. Annual Management Fee
A recurring fee is charged annually, deducted monthly from your income distributions. It covers:
Asset management and reporting
Investor communication and support
Legal & financial structuring
No Exit or Performance Fees
No exit fees: You can exit freely (via secondary market when available or via ERC-20 wrapper in Web3).
No performance fees: We do not take a cut of your returns.
Alignment with Investors
Fiverse may retain a minor stake in each offering to ensure shared risk and long-term alignment with investors.
Fee Transparency
All fees are:
Listed on each investment’s summary
Visible in your transaction history
Auto-calculated and deducted transparently
Example
You invest €1,000 in a property offering:
A 1.5% entry fee = €15 (deducted once)
Annual management fee of 0.7% = ~€7/year (deducted monthly from payouts)
This ensures low-cost access to premium opportunities, without unpredictable or compounding fees.
