ERC-3643

A permissioned token standard for compliant digital securities. Supports:

  • On-chain identity binding

  • Transfer controls

  • Regulatory enforcement mechanisms


Indexed Bond

A bond issued by the entity acquiring the asset. It reflects:

  • A fractional claim on the income from a real-world property

  • Payout rights to token holders


KYC / AML

  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Verifies investor identity

  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering): Ensures funds are legally sourced

Handled via SumSub during onboarding.


USDC

A fiat-backed stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar, used to:

  • Distribute monthly returns to Web3 users

  • Enable transparent, verifiable income delivery


SAS
